Compliance Reminder: Appointment Availability Standards

VSP Vision™ has established and maintains access and appointment availability standards, as stated in the VSP^® Provider Reference Manual. VSP is licensed by the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and as such, abides by its Appointment Availability “Timely Access” Standards. These specific standards are set at a state level. and your state may have specific exceptions to VSP’s general appointment availability standards.
