VSP Vision Completes Acquisition of Eyemart Express

VSP Vision™ has completed the acquisition of Eyemart Express. With nearly 250 stores in 42 states, the acquisition of Eyemart Express allows us to expand our network with complementary locations, particularly in rural and underserved areas.

While three out of four VSP members choose private practice for their eye care and eyewear, VSP is always evaluating opportunities to provide more value to our stakeholders and increase affordable and quality network access to care. With a shared commitment to supporting the profession of optometry, Eyemart Express is doctor-focused and will allow us to expand the network with a strong presence in rural markets, ensuring greater access to eye care and eyewear for VSP members.
